Plain English, because that's how I'd want to read them.
When you buy Sendral you get a personal, per-user license: install it on the Macs you personally use. Don't share your license key, resell it, or use one key for a whole team. If you want to equip a team, that's great — buy a license per person, or email me for something sensible.
Sendral lets an AI client you choose read your data and — only if you turn writes on — send messages and mail, and create or delete things. You are responsible for what your AI sends and changes. That's the deal behind the design: every write capability is off by default, you enable them per-service, and queued sends require your explicit confirmation. If you switch a service to write mode and your AI sends something you regret, that's between you and your AI. Choose your prompts wisely.
Sendral reads Apple's local databases (like the Messages chat.db) and automates Apple apps through interfaces Apple doesn't document or guarantee. This is what makes Sendral possible, and it's also the honest risk: a macOS update can change these interfaces and break features without warning. When that happens I'll work on a fix on a best-effort basis, and updates are free. But I can't promise any specific feature will survive every future macOS release.
Sendral is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. I build it carefully and use it daily, but I don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to Sendral is limited to the amount you paid for it ($29.99). I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including messages your AI sent, data your AI deleted, missed meetings, or lost profits.
Covered separately, honestly, on the refunds page.
If these terms change materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.
